THE REGULAR TRAINING SESSIONS

Training sessions always start with warm-up exercises designed to reduce the probability of muscular injury and to tune up the mind and body in preparation for more rigorous exercise.

  • Strength training

  • Punching exercises

  • Poomsae

  • Self-defense form

  • Basic kicking per level

  • Combination kicking

  • Sparring drills with partner

  • Stepping exercises

  • Study/free sparring or full contact sparring

  • Cool-down exercises
